“As a Maintenance Consultant at MaxGrip you find answers to asset, maintenance and reliability problems that decrease the operational maintenance costs and create reliable equipment for our customers. You will be working within the Infrastructure &Utilities, Oil&Gas, Food&Beverage, Heavy or in the Chemical&Steel industries. We are working together with a team of 100 consultants and I expect you as a ‘MaxGripper’ to be smart, entrepreneurial, innovative and energetic. What can you expect from me as your manager? As a maintenance consultant you help clients to identify and define operational issues, then develop and implement operational strategies to improve effectiveness and achieve excellent bottom line results.

Responsibilities

• Give general advice in the field of maintenance;
• Set up project planning, identify variations, risks and opportunities;
• Identify leads for (additional) sales;
• Writes (management) reports and articles for internal and external use;
• Prepare, give and facilitate presentations independently;
• Coaching and training on the job;
• Provide training for customers and colleagues;
• Perform/facilitate FMECA, FTA, RAMS and/or RCA;
• Analyse maintenance-related data (and integrity) from Enterprise Asset Management(EAM)-Systems (like Infor/SAP/Ultimo/Maximo etc.);
• Design, Implement and/or evaluate Maintenance-Concepts in EAM systems;
• Optimize EAM-data, fit for client use.

Job requirements

• Bsc. or Msc. Degree in a technical engineering discipline or a comparable level achieved by working experience;
• 2-7 years of experience in Maintenance and Asset Management Consultancy work or having worked within a maintenance department in a managerial position;
• Up-to-date knowledge of developments in Maintenance Management methodologies;
• Good communication skills, diplomacy and representative;
• Service minded and a pro-active attitude;
• Safety First mentality;
• Structural method of work and analytical capabilities;
• Have the flexibility to work overseas in a multi-cultural environment (short- or long-term);
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken & written) is a must.
